The median sales price in June 2026 was $1,187,500, down -6.86% from $1,275,000 from the previous month and 12.35% higher than $1,057,000 from June 2025. The June 2026 median sales price was at its highest level compared to June 2025 and 2024. The average sales price in June 2026 was $1,338,994, down -4.52% from $1,402,451 from the previous month and -5.45% lower than $1,416,190 from June 2025.
