The median sales price in August 2026 was $805,000, down -6.94% from $865,000 from the previous month and 16.67% higher than $690,000 from August 2025. The August 2026 median sales price was at its highest level compared to August 2025 and 2024. The average sales price in August 2026 was $937,061, down -15.55% from $1,109,558 from the previous month and 7.05% higher than $875,381 from August 2025.
